Lisa Geason-Bauer, President - Evolution Marketing

Ms. Geason-Bauer founded Wisconsin’s first triple bottom-line managed sustainability consulting, environmental communications and ethical marketing firm (Evolution Marketing) in 2007. As a sustainability practitioner and storyteller Lisa has led the implementation of sustainability strategies and corporate social responsibility programs, projects within the responsible business, government and the non-profit sectors for over a decade. Practical and pragmatic in her leadership style, Lisa excels at building consensus between diverse stakeholder groups and moving a project, action, or initiative forward.

Lisa excels at communicating effectively about systems thinking, holistic sustainability and working in an intersectional space using tools from various disciplines and fields of study in order to solve societies' most pressing social and environmental problems. She is a frequent conference speaker, guest lecturer and subject of media interviews. She currently serves as Chair of B Local Wisconsin, and she is the Vice Chair of the Waukesha-Ozaukee-Washington County Workforce Development Board.

Kyle Thomas, Outreach Manager I Commercial B&I Solutions - Focus on Energy

Kyle holds an Associates Degree in Solar Technology and Energy Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College located in Green Bay, WI and is a Certified Energy Manager through The Association of Energy Engineers. After schooling, Kyle gained over seven years of experience dealing with utility demand side management programs nationwide as a Regulatory Affiars coordinator. Five years ago, Kyle began working with the Focus on Energy program as a commercial energy advisor covering the northeastern segment of Wisconsin. Within a couple of years working in the Focus on Energy program, Kyle was promoted to his current role of Outreach Manager for the Focus on Energy Business & Industry Solutions Program. As Outreach Manager, Kyle is primarily responsible for providing management and leadership to a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers who support the Focus on Energy B&I program. He also provides energy advice, audits, and coordination services for commercial customers, building owners, and other utility customers to help identify energy efficiency opportunities and introduce the various prescriptive and custom incentive measures that pertain to the commercial customer segment. Kyle also develops outreach plans with the Focus on Energy Program Manager to target key market segments to maximize the program's attainment of efficiency goals and is accountable for ensuring complete customer satisfaction regarding energy efficiency inquiries through the Focus on Energy business programs.

Gina Templin-Steward, State Energy Office Grants and Compliance Lead - Office of Energy Innovation l Public Service Commission of Wisconsin

Gina Steward brings nearly 30 years of grant management, fiscal, and technical experience serving the public and private sectors in a variety of areas for the State of Wisconsin and local government.  Gina has held a high level of responsibility in areas of grant administration, federal, state, and code administration and enforcement, land use and sanitary permitting and inspections, non-metallic mining, floodplain and wetland, and general zoning.  As a long-time professional in county government and now state government, Gina has engaged with multiple grant programs and has been the main point of contact for the public, providing education, outreach, and technical assistance to program participants. Gina’s experience includes extensive internal and external training, creation and oversight of program policies and procedures with State and Federally funded programs, grants, public policy, and customer service.
