Laura West-Kralcik, Board Director - Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin
Laura West-Kralcik has worked in business and economic development for over 25 years. Since 2012 her work has focused on financial education, strategic planning, and access to funding opportunities for underserved populations across rural Wisconsin. Prior to providing community capacity-building services, Laura was an entrepreneur. Laura owned several small businesses including landscaping, commercial real estate development, and small wind site assessments. She also worked as an Energy Advocate for the 2011-2012 iCanConserve pilot program in her hometown of Plover. Laura is passionate about creating and sustaining vibrant communities in rural Wisconsin.

Richard Storck, Director Outreach & Engagement - Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin
Richard graduated from Madison East High School in 1981. While funding his college education with a part-time job Richard found time to volunteer at WORT-FM, Madison’s listener-sponsored community radio station. At WORT Richard eventually became a programmer and on air dee jay. He also learned of the important service nonprofit organizations provide to the community. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Richard arrived at CUB in 1994 as a Development Associate. In time he added the responsibilities of financial management, bookkeeping, communications and office management.

Brady has been working in the energy efficiency industry for 9 + years. His focus is – and has always been – helping communities meet their energy goals through energy planning and engagement with residents and businesses. He just celebrated his 2nd year work anniversary with Focus on Energy, but has supported to program in other roles since 2020.
