Francisco Sayu, Emerging Technology Director - RENEW Wisconsin
Francisco supports beneficial electrification, electric vehicles, and other clean energy technologies at RENEW Wisconsin. Francisco earned a Master of Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a decade of engineering experience working in the energy efficiency and renewable energy industries. Before Joining RENEW, Francisco served as the Program Manager for the Focus on Energy® New Construction Solution – a statewide program that empowers the people and businesses of Wisconsin to make decisions that save energy and money.
In addition to his work at RENEW, Francisco is the Founder of BikEquity Inc – a nonprofit organization that provides resources, mentorship, and education so that everyone can enjoy cycling regardless of income, age, race, or ability.
Francisco lives in Madison with his wife Rebecca and his children Niko and Dessa Rose.

Kyle Thomas, Outreach Manager Commercial B&I Solutions - Focus on Energy
Kyle holds an associate's Degree in Solar Technology and Energy Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College located in Green Bay, WI, and is a Certified Energy Manager through The Association of Energy Engineers. After schooling, Kyle gained over seven years of experience dealing with utility demand-side management programs nationwide as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator. Five years ago, Kyle began working with the Focus on Energy program as a commercial energy advisor covering the northeastern segment of Wisconsin. Within a couple of years of working in the Focus on Energy program, Kyle was promoted to his current role of Outreach Manager for the Focus on Energy Business & Industry Solutions Program. As Outreach Manager, Kyle is primarily responsible for providing management and leadership to a team of Energy Advisors, Outreach Specialists, and Energy Engineers who support the Focus on Energy B&I program. He also provides energy advice, audits, and coordination services for commercial customers, building owners, and other utility customers to help identify energy efficiency opportunities and introduce the various prescriptive and custom incentive measures that pertain to the commercial customer segment. Kyle also develops outreach plans with the Focus on Energy Program Manager to target key market segments to maximize the program's attainment of efficiency goals and is accountable for ensuring complete customer satisfaction regarding energy efficiency inquiries through the Focus on Energy business programs.

Geri Waack, Director of eMobility Solutions- EnTech Solutions
As the director of eMobility solutions, Geri is responsible for bringing eMobility charging infrastructure to market. This includes leading strategy and vision, developing and gaining alignment and leading implementation of new offerings that are relevant, customer centric and scalable in a fast-paced evolving marketplace. Geri has fiscal responsibilities for revenue, profitability and a healthy pipeline of projects and work to align the organization's objectives with business strategy through active participation in strategic planning, strategy development, forecasting, resource planning and budgeting.
Geri joined the organization in 2000 and has held positions of continuous growth and responsibility within operations and supply chain.
